After outgrowing our existing 100,000 square foot building in Sheboygan Falls, we decided to build an additional manufacturing and warehouse facility about 6 minutes from our current home.
The new building, located in the Vision Business Park in Sheboygan Falls, is 75,000 square feet (250 ft wide by 300 ft long and 32 feet high). It was completed in the fall of 2022 and had an official grand opening in early October.
“We learned all the things that we like and don’t like about our current set up,” Mark Schnettler, President at Poly Vinyl Co. said during the opening. “With that, the engineers were able to give us a really great and efficient setup.”
We’ve already moved packaging operations over to the new facility, and we plan to start shipping Color Guard products from the new facility in 2023. There’s also space in the new facility to add extruding production operations.
