Savannah Vinyl Railing features a generous, flat top rail, providing a handy place to rest a book, drink, or decorative plant. Each section includes factory-routed reinforced rails, balusters, rail brackets, hardware, bottom support block and installation instructions. Posts, post mounting brackets, post caps and decorative collars are all sold separately. Savannah is compatible with our drink rail bracket kit for mounting a deck board topper to your railing.
